FAQ

How long will my product(s) take to make?
Each product is made just for you when you place the order. We generally process an order within 24-48 hours of you placing it because we print each product when it is purchased. This helps us keep our costs down and prevents us from overordering stock, which in turn saves on storage fees, which in turn means our stuff is cheaper than it could be, which means best bargains for you!

Free Shipping Worldwide?
You bet! We want as many people as possible wearing Malediction apparel. It's part of our brand policy. We really believe in the quality of our product and our distinctive artstyle; there's nothing out there quite like our stuff.

Taxes and Customs?
Alongside free shipping, we also include tax with the advertised price on each item so there are no "hidden fees" - you pay exactly what you see on the price tag and not a cent more.

The exception is import and customs costs (if applicable). Your country of residence may charge customs fees, and we do not pay for those.

Do you charge extra for larger sizes?
Absolutely not! Prices are equalized among all products across all of our ranges. Again, we want as many people as possible wearing our stuff.

How long will my product(s) take to arrive?
That depends on where in the world you are. For North America and non-EU Europe, it generally takes around 10-15 business days after printing. For other places in the world, it could take 30 business days. Please note that a few days over/under these numbers is normal. Additionally, as stated above, we offer free shipping worldwide, so you're getting the best bang for your buck to offset the (potentially) slightly longer shipping times.

As we are a small, family-owned business, we don't have the capabilities of large printing-press companies. So, if your order takes a bit longer than usual, simply cast Power Word: Patience. We promise, the final product will be well worth the wait!

Are my orders trackable?
They sure are. You can track all orders with the confirmation email you'll receive upon purchase.

Help! I haven't received my order and it's been over a month!
Whoa! Please contact us and we'll sort it out!

Oops! I placed the wrong order. Can I cancel it? 
Once it has gone into the print shop, cancellations are no longer possible nor products refundable since we've used materials by that point - inks and clothing and time!

Please check that you've ordered the right items before purchasing. There is a sizing chart and a confirmation page on each item to make sure you're getting the right product for you.

Refunds and Exchanges?
If an item is defective, torn, or bleeds color after the first few washes, just send us a picture of it and we'll refund or send a new one out ASAP. You don't even need to return it in such cases (because why waste the money on postage for a faulty product?); simply dispose of it or use it as a dish rag. However, erroneous orders out of our control (ie, wrong size or wrong color ordered) can neither be refunded nor exchanged. You can review your order before purchase and in the email sent out immediately thereafter - contact us if anything is amiss. As mentioned above, sizing charts are also available on every product page to make sure you're getting the right product for you.

No EU?
We did sell to the EU, but with the new EU laws that passed in December 2024 (where you must have a "trusted person" (or company) in order to sell within the EU), we opted out. We're a North American small family business, so we have no such connections within the EU (and it would be too expensive to "rent" them).

We're as upset as you are since it hurts us (the EU is a big market, after all) but sometimes that's the way it goes.

Your art is awesome! Can I get a custom shirt/hoodie/whatever done up?
Sadly not. We don't design on a per person basis as it would cost us far too much, not to mention it would be a logistical nightmare.

I saw a design I like on one of your shirts but want it on a hoodie instead!
No problem! Any one of our designs is easily transferrable to another one of our items. So, if you see design X on item Y but you want it on item Z, simply contact us and we'll put it for sale on our store.

We don't display every possible combination by default because there would be hundreds.

What are your inspirations?
We love old school fantasy art, tabletop games, sports, video games, tattoos, heavy metal, horror movies, and the alternative/underground scene in general. We also love cool stuff to wear! 

We've noticed that clothing for the geeks, nerds, gymrats, musicians, skaters and creatives under one umbrella was missing, so we decided to fill that gap with our unique streetwear designs. People who love fantasy rarely have awesome apparel to buy (it's almost always rather generic), so we decided to intervene and help out. There's nothing quite like our wares on the market, so we hope you enjoy rocking our apparel!

You really use a diverse amount of color in your product range!
Indeed! We design all of our merch with the idea of the specific art piece in mind. We then test said art on different backgrounds - and it usually doesn't stand out enough on black clothing since the art itself tends to be dark! Therefore, we've  had to experiment with all sorts of other colors and not simply default to "classic black" as the alternative scene's usual color of choice.

All of the apparel color options we have are catered to best fit the art on that particular article of clothing. It's all custom made and takes an enormous amount of effort, design concept knowledge, a sound understanding of color theory, and visual merchandising (ie, art-to-garment placement) to best fit each item. So, the colors are what they are to best fit the art on them. In the end, what we print are quality products that have a really cool aesthetic that we're rather proud of!
